200g Evergreen's Lamian Noodles
3 tbsp gochujang
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp white vinegar
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp toasted sesame seed
1/4 cucumber
Step 1
Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Step 2
Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain the noodles in ice-cold water, then place in a bowl.
Step 3
Add the sauce over the noodles and mix together until the noodles are evenly coated. Add the cucumber slices and sesame seeds on top. Enjoy!
