200g Evergreen’s Firm Tofu
2 eggs
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 cloves of garlic
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp spring onion
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Step 1
Preheat a pan over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. Once the pan is hot, add the tofu and stir-fry until it turns golden in colour.
Step 2
Whisk the eggs in a bowl and pour them into the pan, ensuring that each cube of tofu is coated evenly with the egg mixture.
Step 3
Cook the eggs until they are halfway set, then carefully pour the sauce over the omelette.
Step 4
Cook till the egg become substantial, then sprinkle chopped spring onions and sesame seeds on top.
