100g Evergreen Foods Yangchun Noodles
1 tbsp chilli oil
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp sesame seeds
100g tenderstem broccoli
2 garlic cloves, finely sliced
1 tbsp spring onions, chopped
Step 1
Cook the Evergreen Foods Yangchun Noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
Cut the Evergreen Foods Five Spice Bean Cake into small cubes.
Step 3
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over medium heat. Add the finely sliced garlic and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add the tenderstem broccoli and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until tender yet crisp.
Step 4
Add the cubed Five Spice Bean Cake to the wok with the broccoli. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until the tofu is golden brown and crispy on the outside.
Step 5
Pour in the chilli oil, soy sauce, and toasted sesame oil. Stir well to coat the tofu and vegetables in the sauce.
Step 6
Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss everything together for 1-2 minutes, ensuring the noodles are well coated with the sauce.
Step 7
Sprinkle the sesame seeds and chopped spring onions over the dish and give everything one last toss.
Step 8
Serve the Chilli Tofu Minced Noodles immediately, garnished with extra spring onions if desired. Enjoy!
