150g Evergreen‘s Yangchun Noodles
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp miso
1-2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp chilli oil
½ tbsp sugar
1 minced garlic
For the sauce
Step 1
In a bowl, whisk together the miso, peanut butter, chili oil, rice vinegar, minced garlic, soy sauce, sugar, and one tbsp noodle water.
Step 2
Stir until incorporated.
To assemble
Step 1
Boil the noodles till chewy.
Step 2
In a bowl, add the noodles, peanut butter-miso sauce. Mix until all the noodles are coated, and the sauce begins to cling to each noodle.
Step 3
Top with green onions, sesame seeds, and chilli oil. Enjoy!
