300g Evergreen's Silken Tofu
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp garlic mines
1 tbsp chilli flake
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp sichuan pepper
1 tbsp spring onions
Step 1
Cut the tofu into thin slices.
Step 2
Combine minced garlic, chopped spring onions, chilli flakes, cumin, and Sichuan pepper in a bowl. Heat some oil in a pan, and then pour the hot oil over the mixture, stirring to combine.
Step 3
Carefully spoon the mixture over the sliced tofu, making sure each slice is evenly coated. Enjoy!
