200g Evergreen’s Yangchun noodles
100g Evergreen’s Tofu Puffs
2 cloves of garlic
⅕ onion
One cube of soup broth
1 tbsp Soy cause
1 tbsp miso paste
½ chilli
Sesame seeds & broccoli to taste
Step 1
Boil the noodles, once it’s done, set them aside for future use. Heat some oil in the pot and add garlic and onions once the oil is hot.
Step 2
Once the garlic and onion turn a golden brown hue, introduce the miso paste and soup broth to the pan. Follow by pouring a cup of water, ensuring a thorough combination of all the ingredients.
Step 3
Add the noodles to the pot, allowing them to cook to perfection. Once ready, carefully transfer the noodle soup into a bowl.
Step 4
Add broccoli or other vegetables you like on top of the noodles and sprinkle some chilli pieces. Enjoy!
