1 section of Evergreen's Yang Chun noodles
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
3 cloves of garlic
Green onion
2 tbsp sugar
Sesame oil to taste
Step 1
Mix oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sugar in a bowl and set aside.
Step 2
Mince garlic.
Step 3
Finely slice green onion.
Step 4
Boil noodles for 6 minutes, then drain before setting aside .
Step 5
Preheat a wok with some oil over high heat before adding in onion and garlic and frying for 30 seconds then turn the heat to low.
Step 6
Add noodles and toss coat the noodles in oil for 30 seconds.
Step 7
Add sauce mixture and spring onions and continue to toss for a minute.
