200g Evergreen’s Yangchun Noodles
1 tbsp chilli flakes
½ chopped coriander leaves
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
½ tbsp rice vinegar
½ tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp sesame seeds
½ lime
1 tbsp spring onions
Step 1
Cook the noodles for 2 mins.
Step 2
Add chilli flakes and coriander leaves to a plate.
Step 3
Heat up sesame oil in a pan and pour it over
Step 4
Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, lime juice and maple syrup.
Step 5
Add the noodles and mix. Then, serve with sesame seeds, lime and spring onion. Enjoy!
