100g of Evergreen’s Hard Tofu
¼ mango
¼ cucumber
¼ carrot
1 cup of salad
1 drizzle of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Spring onion
Sesame seeds
Drizzle of lemon juice
Optional: Drizzle of olive oil
Step 1
Shred 100g of Evergreen’s hard tofu and pan fry for a couple of minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Thinly slice cucumber, carrot and mango.
Step 3
Put salad onto a plate, and assemble tofu, cucumber, carrot and mango on top.
Step 4
Sprinkle spring onion, sesame seeds and a drizzle of lemon juice on top. Optionally drizzle olive oil.
Step 5
Ready to serve. Enjoy!
