200g Evergreen’s firm Tofu
1 cucumber
1g salt
Spring onions & sesame seeds to your taste
FOR THE SAUCE
1½ tbsp sweet bean sauce
1 tbsp yellow bean sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
⅓ tbsp dark sauce
1 tbsp starch
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients by meticulously cutting the tofu and cucumber into small, bite-sized cubes.
Step 2
Infuse the tofu cubes with rich flavours by marinating them in a tantalizing blend of soy sauce.
Step 3
Heat some oil the pan and add spring onions, stirring them until they are aromatic
Step 4
Pour the sauce into the pan, followed by the addition of the tofu cubes, ensuring they are thoroughly coated and perfectly combined.
Step 5
Incorporate the cucumber into the stir-fry, allowing it to absorb the flavours as you continue to cook until the excess water has been absorbed.
Step 6
Top with sesame seeds and chilli flakes (optional). Enjoy!
