300g Evergreen’s Hard Tofu
1 tbsp Gochujang
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
2 garlic cloves (minced)
4 tbsp corn starch
3-4 tbsp water
2-3 tbsp Oil
Garnish sesame seeds and coriander
Step 1
In a small bowl, add the soy sauce, Gochujang, vinegar, minced garlic. Add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch and 3 tablespoon water, stir or whisk to combine.
Step 2
Slice tofu into triangles and coat in the remaining corn starch.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat and add the tofu pieces in a single layer, making sure they don’t touch. Pan fry for a few minutes on both sides until you have golden and crispy tofu.
Step 4
Pour the marinade into the pan. Quickly turn all the tofu pieces over till they are well-coated on both sides and serve on a dish straight away.
Step 5
Garnish with the sesame seeds and coriander. Enjoy!
