200g Evergreen’s Yangchun Noodles
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Gochujang
3/4 -1 cup kimchi
2 tbsp soy sauce
Spring onions and sesame seeds to taste

Cook the noodles to the desired texture, then set them aside for later.
Step 2
Heat up some oil in a pan and fry chopped spring onions and minced garlic until they release their aromatic fragrance.
Step 3
Add Gochujang sauce and kimchi to the pan, then stir them together until they are thoroughly combined.
Step 4
Next, add the noodles to the pan and stir everything together until they are fully combined.
Step 5
Plate up the noodles and top with a fried egg, then sprinkle with some spring onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
