1 segment of Evergreen’s Lamian
100g chicken
½ green and ½ red capsicum
1 carrot
1 tomato diced
½ onion
5 garlic cloves
Spring onion
1 tbsp cumin
½ tbsp Pepper
1 tbsp Tomato paste
Black vinegar finish
½ cup of water
Step 1
Cut carrots into coins then julienne, rough cut capsicum, dice tomato, garlic, and onion. Cut chicken into cubes. Fry chicken until golden brown on high heat.
Step 2
Add tomato paste and fry for a minute. Add vegetables and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add aromatics and fry for another minute. Add spices and fry for another minute. Add water and simmer for a minute.
Step 3
Boil noodles for 7-8 minutes. Transfer noodles directly to wok and mix with the stir fry and serve.
