140g Evergreen’s Egg Noodles
½ cabbage, shredded
¼ carrot, cut it julienne
¼ capsicum, chopped
1 tbsp spring onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 egg
FOR THE SAUCE
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp water
Salt & Pepper to taste
Step 1
Heat the oil in the pan until it reaches a sizzling temperature, then add the spring onions and garlic, tossing them until they are aromatic.
Step 2
Add cabbage, capsicum, and carrot, then stir them for a few minutes.
Step 3
Add half of the sauce and then stir fry till the vegetables become soft.
Step 4
Add the noodles and the leftover sauce, and toss till they are well combined.
Step 5
Transfer the noodles onto a plate and then top with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
