250g Evergreen Silken Tofu
150g vegan bacon
2 slices of Cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
Any sauce you like
Step 1
Slice the silken tofu into circular shapes and the cheese into squares. Place a small square of cheese on each piece of tofu.
Step 2
Cut the bacon slices in half. Take each piece of tofu and pickle, and wrap them in a half slice of bacon, ensuring that the bacon goes around at least once and the ends overlap.
Step 3
Transfer them on a plate and serve your favourite sauce.
