200g Evergreen Wonton Wrappers
350g pork mince
250g cabbage
30g green onions
1 clove of chopped garlic
1 tbsp grated ginger
1 tbsp corn starch
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/4 tbsp white pepper
1 tbsp sugar
Making the wontons
Step 1
Place the filling at centre.
Step 2
Use water to seal and then fold in half.
Step 3
Fold to create pleats.
Cooking methods:
Step 1
To boil dumplings, fill a large pot two-thirds of the way with water.
Step 2
Cover and bring to a boil over high heat.
Step 3
Add as many dumplings as can fit comfortably in a single layer in the pot and cook them until they float. Let them cook an additional two to three minutes. Serve hot.
