200g Evergreen’s La Mian Noodles
200g Evergreen’s Hard Tofu
1 shredded carrot
1 thinly sliced capsicum
2 garlic cloves
1/2 onion
Green onions and sesame seeds to taste
FOR THE SAUCE
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tbsp white pepper
Step 1
Get everything chopped and ready to cook.
Step 2
Cut hard tofu into cubes and marinate them in the sauce for 15mins.
Step 3
Heat oil in the pan, add onions and garlic, stir 30 seconds.
Step 4
Add tofu for 1 min, then add carrot and capsicum, cook 2 minutes.
Step 5
Add noodles, Sauce, and water. Use 2 wooden spoons and toss for 30 seconds. Tossing for another 1 minute until all the noodles are slick with sauce.
Step 6
Top with some green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
