Ingredients

1/2 packet of Evergreen's tofu puffs

1-2 tbsp gochujang

1 tbsp soy sauce

3-4 tbsp water

2 tbsp oil

Garnish sesame seeds and spring onions

Method

Step 1

Add Evergreen's tofu puffs to the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 6 minutes.*

*Times may be vary depending on the air fryer model and the desired crispiness level. Always check for a golden-brown colour and desired texture to gauge doneness.

Step 2

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.

Step 3

In a bowl, mix the gochujang, soy sauce, and water to create the sauce. Add the sauce mixture to the pan.

Step 4

Add the air-fried tofu puffs to the sauce in the pan, stirring well to coat them evenly.

Step 5

Cook for 2-3 minutes more, allowing the sauce to thicken and the tofu puffs to soak up the flavors.

Step 6

Remove from heat and place the tofu puffs on a serving dish.

Step 7

Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions before serving.
