100g Evergreen’s Yang Chun Noodles
1 tbsp finely-chopped spring onions
1-2 tbsp sesame seeds
½ tbsp cumin
½ tbsp Sichuan pepper
1 tbsp chilli flakes
3 tbsp oil
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp a lemon juice
Step 1
Add cumin, chilli flakes, Sichuan pepper, spring onions into a blow. Heat oil in the pan and then pour the hot oil over the ingredients. At the same time, cook the noodles.
Step 2
Let it sizzle and then add the cooked noodles. Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and lemon juice to the plate, and then toss them till they are well-combined. At the same time, steam the bun.
Step 3
Place one piece of cheese and three pieces of seaweeds inside the bun, then add noodles. Enjoy!
