50g Evergreen’s Fried Gluten Balls
200g Evergreen’s Original Tofu
5 Chinese black mushroom, dried, soaked, and minced
1 tbsp pickled Chinese vegetables, minced
1 tbsp spring onions, minced
1 tbsp chilli flakes
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp ginger, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp salt
Step 1
Mix tofu, ginger, tofu, mushroom, pickled vegetables, and half of the vegetables.
Step 2
Add oyster oil, sesame oil, salt, chilli flakes, soy sauce to the mixture.
Step 3
Marinate all the ingredients for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Poke a hole into the gluten ball, and stuff with tofu mixture.
Step 5
Add oil to the pan and then stir-fry the balls for about 15 minutes.
Step 7
Add sesame seeds and spring onions on top. Serve immediately.
