200g Evergreen’s Shanghai Wonton Pastry
2 Cheese slices
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp Green onion
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tbsp red chilli garlic paste
2 tbsp soy sauce
Water as required
Salt to taste
Step 1
Slice the cheese into thin pieces and then lay two of these slices upon a wonton pastry, then wrap them into a roll.
Step 2
Repeat the previous step and make as many rolls you would like.
Step 3
Heat the oil in the pan until hot, then add spring onions and stir-fry until aromatic. Add sesame seeds, brown sugar, chilli garlic paste, and water, and toss till they are thoroughly mixed.
Step 4
Place the cheese rolls into the pan, cooking them until they are fully coated with the sauce.
Step 5
Transfer these rolls onto a plate and garnish with fresh spring onions. Enjoy!
