200g Evergreen’s La Mein Noodles
2 tbsp oil
1/4 cup garlic, sliced
½ onion, cut into chunks
½ capsicum
Salt & Pepper to taste
½ tbsp Spring onions
½ tbsp sesame seeds
FOR THE SAUCE
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp yellow bean sauce
½ cup water
Step 1
Deep fry the garlic slices till they are brown, then smash them into small pieces.
Step 2
Add oil in a pan, add onions and capsicum. Stir them for a few minutes, then add the sauce.
Step 3
Add the noodles, toss till they are well combined with the sauce.
Step 4
Transfer the noodles onto a plate and top with the smashed burnt garlic, sesame seeds, and spring onions. Enjoy!
