Ingredients

200g Evergreen’s Silken Tofu

2 tbsp soy sauce sub

½ tbsp wasabi

1 tbsp sesame seed

2 tbsp spring onion / green onion chopped

2 tbsp bonito flakes / katsuobushi

Method

Step 1

Cut the silken tofu to 3 rectangles.

Step 2

Mix wasabi with soy sauce.

Step 3

Carefully place them into a small dish and drizzle over the sauce.

Step 4

Place bonito flakes, spring onion, and sesame seeds on top. Enjoy!
