350g Evergreen’s Hard Tofu
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
3 tbsp oil
3 tbsp sesame seeds
50g veggies
A drizzle of sesame oil
Steamed rice
Step 1
Tear the tofu into pieces and then place into a bowl
Step 2
Add maple syrup, soy sauce, oil and sesame seeds, and toss together until all the tofu is well coated
Step 3
Heat the oil in the pan. Once it is hot, add the tofu.
Step 4
Cook the tofu for 10 minutes till they are lightly crispy, and then add maple syrup, soy sauce, corn starch, and sesame seeds.
Step 5
Transfer the cooked tofu onto a plate with steamed rice, and then add some veggies on the side. Top with more sesame seeds and then enjoy!
