350g Evergreen Chow Mein Noodles
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 bunch of green onions
100g mushrooms
100g veggies
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp chilli oil
½ sesame oil
½ tsp sugar
Step 1
Cook the noodles till chewy. Drain and rinse with cold water and set aside.
Step 2
Heat oil and cook green onions. Add In mushrooms and cook for few minutes.
Step 3
Put oyster sauce, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, chilli oil, sesame oil, and sugar to make the sauce.
Step 4
Add the noodles to the pan and pour in the sauce. Stir-fry for a few more minutes or until everything is well-combined. Serve immediately and enjoy!
