300g of Evergreen’s Hard tofu
1-2 drizzles of soy sauce
100g of cherry tomatoes
½ avocado
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp basil
2 tablespoons of hummus
4 slices of sourdough bread
1-2 drizzles of BBQ sauce
Step 1
Cut the tofu into equal size slices.
Step 2
Put them into a bowl, add soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder, then marinade for a few minutes.
Step 3
Fry the tofu and pour the marinade over it. At the same time, toast the bread slices for a few minutes.
Step 4
Carefully cook the tofu slices until they get a nice brown colour.
Step 5
Slice up an avocado.
Step 6
Cut cherry tomatoes.
Step 7
Spread some hummus on the bread slices and start assembling all the cooked ingredients.
Step 8
Drizzle BBQ sauce and spread basil on top. Enjoy!
