180g Evergreen’s Yang Chun Noodles
4-5 finely-chopped basil leaves
1-2 tbsp sesame seeds
1/4 cup finely-chopped spring onions
1/2 tbsp cumin
1/2 tbsp Sichuan pepper
3-4 cloves of minced garlic
1 tbsp chilli flakes
3 tbsp natural oil
2 tbsp sesame oil
FOR THE SAUCE
2 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp a small lemon
Step 1
Heat 3 tbsp of oil + 2 tbsp of sesame oil
Step 2
Add basil, sesame seeds, cumin, Sichuan pepper, chilli flakes, garlic, spring onions into a bowl; then mix them together.
Step 3
Pour the hot oil over the herby mixture. Let it sizzle then pour the sauce.
Step 4
Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top. Enjoy!
