50g Evergreen's Dumpling wrappers
2 tbsp spring onions
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp oil
Salt and cumin to taste
Step 1
Combine egg yolk, cumin, oil, and salt in a bowl and mix until well blended.
Step 2
Lay the dumpling wrappers on a sheet of foil, brush them with the egg mixture, then sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped spring onions.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Place the dumpling wrappers in the oven and bake for 8 minutes or until they turn golden brown. Enjoy!
