50g Evergreen's Dumpling Wrappers
350g sweet potatoes
50g milk
Step 1
Peel the sweet potato and steam it for about 20 minutes, or until it becomes soft.
Step 2
Mash the sweet potato and add the milk. Mix well until it is fully combined.
Step 3
Take a dumpling wrapper and use it to cover the filling, making sure to seal the edges properly.
Step 4
Press down on the dumpling wrapper filled with filling to flatten it into a disc shape.
Step 5
Heat oil in the pan and shallowly fire the sweet potato pastries till they become golden brown on both sides.
