8 Evergreen’s Dumpling Wrappers
1/2 cup tomato sauce
2-3 tbsp salad sauce (salad dressing)
1/2 to 3/4 cup shredded cheese
1/4 to 1/3 cup peas and corns, combined
2 vegan sausages (sliced thinly)
Step 1
Apply a thin layer of oil spray to the baking paper and place the dumpling wrappers onto it.
Step 2
Apply the salad sauce on each dumpling wrapper.
Step 3
Cut the vegan sausages into bite-sized chunks, and add them to the dumpling wrappers along with the peas and corn. Finish by topping with shredded cheese.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, place the mini pizzas inside, and bake for 10-15 minutes.
Step 5
Serve on a plate and enjoy while it's crispy!
