200g Evergreen’s Silken Tofu
100g oats
4 tbsp protein powder
1 tsp baking powder
175ml water or milk
40g dark chocolate chips optional
Step 1
In a blender, combine all ingredients (excluding chocolate chips) and blend until smooth. Adjust thickness with more water/milk if needed, 1 tbsp at a time. The batter should be thick but pourable.
Step 2
Add Chocolate Chips: Fold in chocolate chips if desired.
Step 3
In a frying pan over low/medium heat, add a bit of oil. Once hot, pour 1-2 tbsp of batter, allowing it to cook for a couple of minutes.
Step 4
Flip and Cook: Flip and continue cooking for about 1 minute until golden brown.
Step 5
Top and Enjoy: Sprinkle your favourite toppings and savour your delicious pancakes!
