150g of Evergreen’s silken tofu
1-2 cups of rice (from overnight)
¼ onion
1 tbsp of chilli oil
1 tbsp of vegetable oil
1 tsp of salt
2-3 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp of spring onion
½ tomato
Spring onion and sesame seeds to taste
Step 1
Drain the silken tofu to remove excess water.
Step 2
Add oil to the pan and lightly sear the onion. Add the tofu to the pan a minute and season with salt.
Step 3
Add overnight rice to the pan, and slowly break apart.
Step 4
Add onion powder, soy sauce, chilli oil and salt to the pan.
Step 5
Stir fry for a few minutes and then add in spring onions.
Step 6
Add toppings and it’s ready to serve!
