300g Evergreen's Hard Tofu
2 tbsp corn starch
Salt and pepper, to taste
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp Gochujang
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
2 stalks spring onion
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Step 1
Pat tofu dry with paper towel and slice into squares. Place tofu in bowl with corn starch, salt and pepper, and mix to coat.
Step 2
Mix all remaining ingredients except spring onion, sesame seeds and olive oil in a bowl. Set aside.
Step 3
Heat fry pan with olive oil. Place coated tofu into pan and cook for approximate 5-6 mins or until golden brown. Flip tofu halfway to ensure both sides are crisp.
Step 4
Add spring onion, sesame seeds, and sauce to the pan. Mix until tofu is coated, and let simmer for approximate 2 mins.
Step 5
Arrange sticky sesame tofu on a plate, and garnish with extra spring onion and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
