120g Evergreen's Five Spice Bean Curd, tear them into small cubes
1 small head of broccoli cut into small florets
4 cloves of garlic chopped
1 red chilli chopped
2 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp sriracha
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp sesame seeds
100g the white part of spring onions
100g the green part of spring onions sliced
Step 1
Heat some oil in a large frying pan over medium to high heat. Add the white part of spring onions, and stir fry till they are aromatic. Then add the five spice bean curd pieces, and stir fry until they become light brown.
Step 2
Chuck in the broccoli, garlic, and chilli. Stir fry for 1 minute.
Step 3
Add in the soy sauce, sriracha, and maple syrup. Keep cooking, stirring often until it starts to caramelise. At the same time, boil the chow mein noodles.
Step 4
Transfer the dish onto a plate and top with sesame seeds and sliced red chilli. Serve it with chow mein noodles. Enjoy!
