500g Evergreen’s Firm Tofu
2 sheets of nori
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp water
Sesame seeds and katsuobushi to taste
Cut the tofu into 4 cubes and the nori sheet into 5 strips.
Step 2
Wrap each tofu cube with a strip of nori. The strip will adhere to the tofu as it releases moisture. Repeat with the remaining tofu pieces.
Step 3
Pour half of the sauce over the nori-wrapped tofu cubes and marinate them for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Heat the oil in a pan. Place the tofu in a single layer and fry, flipping once, until both sides are golden-brown. Pour the rest of the sauce until it’s dry.
Step 5
Place the cooked tofu on a plate and sprinkle uncertain amount of sesame seeds and Katsuobushi. Enjoy!
