200g Evergreen’s Lamian Noodles
25g butter
5 garlic cloves
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster oil
1/2 tbsp chilli flakes
Step 1
After slicing the garlic cloves into thin pieces, fry them in a pan until they turn golden brown in colour.
Step 2
Place the butter in the pan and heat it until it's melted, then add the sliced garlic and fry until fragrant.
Step 3
Add the cooked noodles to the pan, then pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chili flakes. Cook and stir the mixture until the ingredients are well-combined.
Step 4
Transfer the cooked noodles onto a plate, and top them with fried garlic pieces, parsley leaves, and a sprinkle of cheese powder (optional). Enjoy!
