200g Evergreen’s Yangchun Noodles
4 tbsp olive oil
½ tbsp sesame seeds
FOR THE SAUCE
3 minced garlic cloves
2 tbsp spring onions
½ chilli flakes
1 tbsp Oregano
1 tbsp Sichuan chilli oil
½ tbsp salt
1 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp onions
Step 1
Combine all the required ingredients to prepare the sauce while cooking the noodles at the same time.
Step 2
Once the oil is heated to a high temperature, carefully pour it over the sauce.
Step 3
Add the cooked noodles to the sauce and stir until they are well combined.
Step 4
Top with chopped onions, spring onions, and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
