Ingredients

150g Evergreen’s Silken Tofu

200g shiratamako

120g water

400g sweetened red bean

Method

Step 1

Place the rice flour, silken tofu and water in a large bowl and mix well until it forms a dough.

Step 2

Roll each dough into a small round ball shape.

Step 3

Boil a large pot of water and add the glutinous rice balls.

Step 4

Add some water to the sweetened red bean and heat it up for 2 minutes.

Step 5

Place glutinous rice balls on top of the red bean paste. Enjoy!
