200g Evergreen’s Yangchun Noodles
200g tomato sauce
½ onion
80g milk
1 curry block
½ piece of cheese
1 tbsp Basil flakes
Step 1
Chop the onions into bite-sized pieces. Then, cook the noodles according to the package instructions until they are tender.
Step 2
Heat up some oil in a pan and sauté the onions until they become aromatic. Then, add the tomato sauce and milk to the pan and stir until they are well combined.
Step 3
Add a block of curry to the pan and let it melt into the sauce. Once the curry has fully dissolved, add the cooked noodles to the pan and stir until they are well coated with the sauce.
Step 4
To add a pop of colour and extra flavour, garnish the dish with some dry basil flakes. Enjoy!
