200g Evergreen's Lamian Noodles
2 tbsp yellow bean sauce
1 tbsp tomato sauce
2 eggs
½ tbsp white pepper
1 tbsp starch
½ cup water
1 tbsp spring onions
Step 1
Mix yellow bean sauce, tomato sauce, white pepper, starch, and water together, then stir until the mixture is well-distributed.
Step 2
Heat the mixture in a pan and pour in the beaten eggs. Stir the mixture until it is evenly combined.
Step 3
Cook the noodles till they are chewy.
Step 4
Pour the egg & sauce mixture over the noodles, and then top with a sprinkle of chopped green onions for extra flavour and colour. Enjoy!
